【大公網訊】綜合北京晨報、華夏時報報道，我國每年發生的出生缺陷為100萬-120萬例，每30秒左右就有一名缺陷嬰兒出生。這是記者22日從全國人口和計劃生育科學技術大會上獲悉的。
